I just returned from an amazing city break, and this resort was a highlight! The stunning views and fantastic amenities, like the beautiful pool and relaxing spa, made my stay lovely. I loved the breakfast spread-it had everything you could wish for, and the staff were super friendly, always making sure I had what I needed. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions!
There were a few power outages during my stay, but the generator kicked in pretty quickly. it didn’t hinder my experience too much, but it’s something to keep in mind.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the deluxe king room with views of mountain, everything was great. The property's location was ideal, on the lake. And it was also adjacent to Azerbaijan, and Restaurant in hill lazy. There were central heating, flat-screen television and a safe box in the room, loved that. The bed was extremely comfy, bathtubs worked well.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not professional.

I recently enjoyed a good three-day getaway where I was mesmerized by the amazing landscapes. The hotel is impeccably clean and organized, providing a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Ms. Samira and the team went above and beyond, offering warm hospitality and personalized service. With stunning lake views, a variety of activities like boating and golf, and a complimentary shuttle to a mountaintop restaurant, there was never a dull moment. Breakfast was plentiful, catering to diverse tastes.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

It's the biggest center of the kind I've ever been in. Huge space and entertainment for everyone at the highest level. Class!
Very poor English language of service (not applicable to all employees).

The staff were attentive and efficient and offered us a luxury room with the mountain view. Stunning location, it was near to Mosaic restaurant and close to the nature and market. Furthermore, by the lake.

The resort features a golf course and diverse amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, with a well-equipped spa including Turkish hammam. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with options beyond the usual fare, and the bowling alley adds a fun twist for families.
The maintenance of the hotel could use some attention. Bathroom tiles need cleaning, and some furniture like the sofas could be refreshed. The loose stairs on the swimming pool can catch you off guard, and although the pillows in the Junior Suite didn't provide the best comfort, the overall experience remains worthwhile.

Positive, I stayed for 2 nights in a Beautiful Double Room with Lake View. The place is beautiful, spacious rooms, and such lush greenery around. The staff, especially Samira, were very good, even surprising my daughter with a chocolate cake! Perfect for relaxation in nature 🌿

Very good breakfast buffet
at the pool, from 10 o'clock in the morning until shortly before midnight, extremely annoying disco music is played, this at an extreme volume, so that one needs earplugs for sleeping. sea-restaurant has a friendly but very clumsy service, food was very expensive and bad.
